Errol Slyfield has extensive international experience in business management and organisational performance excellence. 
His experience over 35 years includes

• management of two successful businesses started from scratch in New  Zealand
• public and private sector management in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom and the Americas
• postings as New Zealand Trade Commissioner in London and in the Caribbean
• marketing management for large multinationals during six years in Sydney and Perth
• three years as a commercial radio presenter
• delivering interactive performance excellence workshops to over 2000 New Zealand business owners and operators
• coaching and mentoring individual businesses in strategic planning marketing and performance excellence
• studying 50 Malcolm Baldrige national quality award winning companies at their place of business in the USA.
• serving as an assessor on international teams for clients in India and Indonesia

 

Errol Slyfield has a BA and Diploma in Teaching and has studied business management and performance excellence through study visit programmes and while working in USA, UK, Australia, India, Indonesia and New Zealand.
